​Tech Leads SG was created for experienced engineers, a part of the Singapore tech community without a dedicated meetup group thus far.

​In the first event for this meetup, we look at Open Government Products (open.gov.sg) and its culture of autonomy, and explore how that has changed as it grew as an organisation over time.
