Braid Theory is a vertically integrated venture advisory which provides end-to-end services to support science and engineering-led companies in the sustainable blue economy. Weaving together entrepreneurs with industry partners, investors and relevant stakeholders, we accelerate the adoption of transformative solutions, drive market growth, and create profitable collaborations.
The LA Blue Accelerator supports engineering and science-led startups working on solutions (TRL 4-7) across all areas of the blue economy including ocean, fresh water and coastal regions. The program concentrates on three key aspects of commercialization: building capability, capacity, and intellectual capital. This 90-day program includes weekly virtual workshops along with in-person support at our co-working space, Braid Space at AltaSea at The Port of Los Angeles.
