This incredible adventure retreat focuses on transformational coaching, yoga, meditation, and adventure in the jungle, all designed to help you rediscover your voice and achieve your goals. Michelle and Justine are highly trained transformational coaches in Reiki, Yoga & Meditation, who both have had incredible voice over careers that span decades. They are experts in helping others discover their voices by helping you listen to your heart and spirit! We are dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards optimal health and wellbeing. This retreat has carefully crafted days full of meditation, yoga, self discovery workshops, hiking, swimming, zip lining, waterfall walks (get ready to get wet!) WHITE WATER RAFTING and so much more. The healing nature of the jungle and the incredibly pristine and beautiful river, create a generous and warm environment. You can join us on each adventure or sit some out, relaxing by the water in a hammock with your favorite book or friend, OR sit in the cascade fed natural pool on a floaty, Go on a conservation hike and plant a tree in the jungle... The options are up to you. We are there to support and guide your experience into the next level.
