In this workshop, we (Jen and Ryden) will teach you our framework that has helped us and thousands of others identify detrimental beliefs, reshape them into constructive ones, and devise a practical action plan. You will also have the opportunity to use this framework on a belief or mindset pattern you're ready to change.
