OHM Council #1: Seed
🌱 A year-long cycle begins.
At Open Heart Mind (OHM), we’re devoted to regenerating the commons through radical gifting, fair valuation, and participatory governance. Our flagship offering is a collective valuation system that helps communities recognise contributions, reward participants, and coordinate through interoperable metrics.
In this Council Series, we'll treat OHM as a living case study for the system, building a whole new version of OHM through a series of radical participatory experiments.
Each meeting will feature a new theme, with presentations by guest experts, community discussion, and an invite to join a live experiment with real-world implications for OHM and beyond. Together, we will co-create governance documents, co-value contributions, and co-recognise contributors— paving the way for other communities around the world.
This first Council is called Seed, and begins where all strong communities do: with our shared values.

This is an open gathering. Everyone is welcome to join and invite others.
Although OHM Gathering is local to Australia, the open governance toolkit we are building is universal and can help diverse global communities become more:
