Hey Guys,

​During the age of this pandemic come join us understanding how to manage the Balance between Work and Personal Life.

An interesting and interactive session that addresses concerns and queries with Time Management, Self Focus & Care, and setting the Right Priorities.

Sessions Flow:
We will scratch the surface on creating a Work-Life balance by means of having healthy boundaries in your life, incorporating self-care in the limited time available, and learning how to optimize the 24 hours we have in a day.

Speaker:
Ramya Krishnamoorthy is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 3 years of experience in the field of mental health. She completed her Masters in Psychology from the University of Calcutta and pursued M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry - Centre of Excellence. She has worked as a consultant at the reputed Institute of Neurosciences - Kolkata and is actively involved in webinars and workshops to spread awareness on mental wellness. Her approach is integrative and she is a queer-affirmative psychotherapist.
