No prior knowledge of CPT is needed

Registered Clinical Psychologist based in Singapore with experience in Australia and Singapore.
Specializes in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, IPT, family-based interventions, and mindfulness.
Expertise in mood/anxiety disorders, trauma, stress management, emotion regulation, and life transitions.
Worked in community mental health, trauma/refugee services, and family therapy.
