It's been notoriously hard for both Hawaii's companies and tech leaders based in Hawaii to recruit and retain top tech talent in their organizations, including kama'aina who have moved to the mainland.

​This panel will start with hard questions and an honest discussion around where Hawaii's companies and those leading teams from our islands are facing the biggest challenges and why we're failing at times to recruit and retain the best in class people.
