[Virtual] Founder Spotlight: Early Team Building - Hunts, Trials, Breakups
Behind every early-stage startup is a messy story — of cofounder searches, near-misses, unexpected breakups, and rare sparks that actually work. In this session, we’ll unpack anonymous stories from CoffeeSpace — a platform built to match founders — and reflect on patterns that emerge when building teams from scratch. Whether you're still hunting, going through friction, or wondering if it's time to part ways, this talk is a space for honest, tactical insight into the emotional and strategic challenges of forming a startup team.
