Training on Noticing Patterns: Will be an interactive 90-minute training led by members of the Noticing Patterns of Faithfulness and Oppression Group, LJ Boswell and Becky Jones with Honor Woodrow serving as an elder. This session will focus on interrupting microaggressions and actively responding to problematic group dynamics in order to make home groups an inclusive and nourishing environment for all participants.
This training is designed for new and returning Home Group facilitators. It can be taken before or after the training on the 2021 home group structure.
