About Event

Have you tried meditation, but find it difficult to reach that "meditative state" people speak of? Join us for a transformative breathwork journey designed to help you tap into your inner peace, vitality, and inherent joy. This beginner-friendly practice welcomes all levels of experience, guiding you through a gentle yet powerful exploration of breath, body, and energy.

​Hi, I'm Kimberly, a certified yoga instructor and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with over 10 years of experience, and I will be your guide.

What to Expect:

  • (~5 minutes) Gentle Introduction: We'll begin with an overview of the breathing techniques and what to expect during the session. This is a space to get comfortable and ask any initial questions.

  • (~35 minutes) Guided Practice: You'll be guided through some movement and a series of breathing techniques set to a curated playlist designed to inspire a deeper connection to your breath and your body (somatic). We'll warm up and gradually build towards a rhythmic 3-part circular breathing pattern and breath retention to facilitate access to a non-ordinary state of consciousness and deeper states of awareness. This cycle will offer a profound opportunity for release and rejuvenation.

  • (~5 minutes) Q&A and Integration: We'll conclude with a dedicated time for questions, sharing experiences, and integrating the practice. This is a valuable space to connect with yourself and others.
