​​Slow Night and The Drake Hotel invite non-artists, bad artists, and burnt out creatives for a chill night of sketching. Come explore your creative side in a relaxed, low-pressure environment with like-minded adults.

​​We’ll be exploring playful, open-ended drawing prompts and encouraging your imagination to run wild.

​​Come as you are with good vibes and an open mind, we'll provide all art materials and some guidance! We welcome all skill levels, but especially beginners.

​​🍔🍸 Enjoy drinks, dinner, or snacks while you draw! The Drake's full food and beverage menu is available for purchase.

​​🌀 This isn’t a formal sit-down class; we’ll lead you through warm-up exercises and cover some basics, then you’ll be free to sketch as you please

​​Things to note:

​​Cancellations:
Tickets can’t be refunded or exchanged, so please be sure about the date before you reserve. If something comes up and you’re unable to make it, you’re welcome to have a friend attend in your place!

​​Media release:
We take photos and videos at our events for marketing purposes, so if you attend, you or your work may be recorded. By attending, you confirm that you’re cool with that, and that you won’t hold us (or the companies we partner with) responsible for any damages.

​​Abandoned artwork:
If you leave your artwork at the end of the night, we may use it. If you want to retain your rights under the Copyright Act, please take your art home with you or let us know before you go. We will never claim authorship of abandoned artwork.
