Arizona Nonprofits - Using Feedback for Engagement, Evaluation and Equity

This session will explore how client feedback systems can obtain candid, actionable insights from program participants, enabling nonprofits to use that experience data for continuous improvement, fundraising, and advancing equity goals. We’ll share best practices and get into planning mode on how high-quality feedback has led not only to accelerated impact, but to deeper, more inclusive partnerships with clients and stronger relationships with funders.

​Listen4Good is a capacity-building initiative dedicated to build the practice of listening to constituents served by the social sector. By joining Listen4Good, nonprofits and agencies access tools, resources, and coaching support to help them build high-quality feedback loops with those they serve.

​Through Listen4Good, participating organizations can gather and analyze direct client feedback for reporting, advocacy/fundraising, and advancing equity goals. Organizations become more client-centric in the process, more impactful, and also more inclusive, fostering shared partnerships with those they serve.
