About Hannah
Hannah is a 500 Hr RYT, completing advanced training at Teton Yoga Shala in Wilson, WY and at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA. Although deeply grateful for all her studies, Hannah considers her greatest teacher to be her own experience living with scoliosis, chronic pain, anxiety and autoimmune disease. She seeks to lend empathy to her students and the various states of being in which they may arrive on their mat.
Hannah’s classes blend therapeutic asana with relaxation, and cultivate healing, resilience, and joy.
