Cake Club with Cakes4Sport
Cake club = heaven on earth. The (as far as we know) only club where you spend an entire two hours decorating and eating cake!!
This sculptural edition of cake club with Alli Gelles of Cakes4Sport will feature glacé cranberries, sugar pearls, edible images and cake crunchies galore.
Alli will give you her hottest cake decorating tips before decorating your own 4in layered cakes with all the works. We’ll then all gather around the table to eat cake, sip on warm bevvies and befriend strangers.
Cake Flavor Combos, choose between:
Citrus buttermilk cake with cranberry curd and creme fraiche buttercream
or
Pretzel cake with kinako caramel and vanilla buttercream
Each guest will leave with a little more cake-decor know how, their uniquely decorated mini cake, their sweet tooth fully satisfied + hopefully a new friend <3 It will be cozy & creative & fun & communal and we can’t WAIT to decorate + dine with you.
No dietary restrictions can be accommodated for this one, but keep an eye out for our second cake club this month that will have both vegan and GF available!
What can I expect from a club at RecCreate?
We design all of our clubs at RecCreate to feel like going over to a friends apartment for a craft hang where they took care of grabbing all the materials and show you the basics before the music starts bumping! Our emphasis is on process, play and community building, with conversation prompts throughout. These are not workshops!
Cancelation Policy
Unfortunately for this event tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or swap it on our ticket swap board. Just tell them to use your name!

Though we do our best to keep all photography / video to a minimum, please note all guests who attend consent to being photographed and videoed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Age Restriction & Dogs
All guests must be 18+ to attend and though we love your pups, unfortunately cannot have them in the studio!
