Panelists Bio:
Erika Rodriguez is the founder and Fractional Strategic Partnership Director at Nadi Marketing, who specializes in crafting and managing partnership marketing and collaboration strategies for conscious small- and medium-sized businesses. Erika launched Nadi Marketing in May 2020 to empower business owners who were doing good for people and the planet. What started as a small business has organically grown into an ecosystem of brands centered around conscious community and sustainable impact.
Jessica Yañez specifically created The Wine & Chisme Podcast to amplify voices across communities of color and share their stories on career, love, life and more. All while sipping on a glass of wine. She has been featured on Mitú, Bella Magazine, People Chica, nominated for the best wine podcast from Wine & Culture Fest, and recognized as a Latina of Influence by Hispanic Lifestyle Magazine. In 2021, she launched the VERY FIRST directory of Latiné owned wine brands based in the United States and continually highlights these wine brands on her podcast. She believes that people need to know that our community not only works the land, but owns the brands.
Luis Quiroz is the Founder, CEO and Lead Consultant at Trending Socials. Over the span of his career, he has managed social media marketing campaigns for the City of San Francisco, and supported dozens of brands, creators, and small business owners through consulting and marketing advising. Trending Socials was founded in 2019 and creates viral moments for small businesses and offers a variety of services from consulting, virtual workshops, courses and social media management. Luis is a DACA recipient and an immigrant from Guerrero, Mexico and he grew up in San Diego, CA.
Irlanda Navarro is the creative director and founder of Benthic Studio, an independent brand design studio. As an experienced artist and designer, she merges design strategy and art to create transformative brand experiences. With over a decade of industry experience, Irlanda’s work combines elements of nature, wildlife, and pop culture, offering a unique perspective that helps companies propel their brands forward.
