Peer to Peer | What the helly? (Immigrants in tech edition)

​This is not your typical session.

This will be a real and honest space for all members to come together and talk about the tough stuff—everything from the brutal job market to the rising wave of anti-immigrant sentiment. There will be no sugarcoating.

But what there will be is candid sharing of our challenges, frustrations, survival tactics, and maybe even a few wins. It’s part vent session, part support group, part strategy circle. Whether you're here to speak up or just sit with others who get it, you’re welcome—as long as you’re ready to show up with openness and respect.

What’s said in What the Helly stays in What the Helly. Chatham House rules apply. This session is for members only—but you can join with a free trial if you're new. Come be part of the community.

In this 1.5-hour hands-on session, we will all share our insights and strategies, and you will be able to both ask and answer questions. There will be no speakers, just us and a facilitator.  
Please keep your cameras on, your audio off (until you'd like to speak). Raise your (virtual) hand to speak (click on the emoji hand raise, which should be at the bottom of your screen). And finally, please come on time and stay throughout the session.
