You're invited to Startup Sweats, a curated fitness series for the Toronto startup community.
Please join us for a sweat session at Jungle Toronto. Come break a sweat and connect with fellow founders, investors and startup enthusiasts.
Coaches Jay Agustin and Bryan Chang will lead a 50-minute boxing and strength workout followed by healthy refreshments and networking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. You won't want to miss this workout!

About the Workout
A mix of boxing and strength training, designed to help you build raw power, lean muscle, and a strong, resilient body. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, this workout will target every major muscle group to improve overall strength, endurance, and mobility.

Jay Agustin is a father, entrepreneur & movement coach. With over a decade of experience in the field, Jay is focused on building supportive communities that strive to lead active and healthy lifestyles. His training style blends mobility, strength training and technical boxing, offering tailored workouts to build functional strength & endurance.
Bryan Chang is a highly recognized coach and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience. Bryan has transformed hundreds of lives all while fostering sustainable habits for long-term health and wellness through strength training, lifestyle recalibrating and boxing coaching.
