More Impact with Less effort: Embodied Listening for Leaders
Stress, miscommunication, conflict and poor decision making start with not listening well to yourself, to others and the situation. How can you listen to what is really going on and then respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively?
In this session, you will:
• learn to spot and reverse your stress response - so that you can hear & think clearly when faced with critical feedback and challenging situations
• acquire a felt sense of what truly matters - so that you can say no to distractions, overcommitment and poor time management
• explore how you can say ‘no’ in a way that is well-received by others - so that you create clarity instead of conflict
Who’s it perfect for?
People in leadership positions who want to embody confident and inspiring leadership. And anyone else who is leading themselves or others and want to have more impact with less effort in their work and private life.
Practicalities
This is an experiential session, so please arrive on time and turn your camera on, with some space to move around a little. The activities are practical and suitable for all physical abilities.
I’m looking forward to exploring together!

Mirjam Leunissen
Certified Coach | Workshop Facilitator
Hi, I’m Mirjam and I help bright minds shine through a powerful combination of deep conversation and embodied exploration that quickly creates insight and meaningful change.
Because the world needs people that dare to do things differently. Who ask the uncomfortable questions, envision what could be and take action to bring it to life.
And because our bodies are not just ‘brain taxis’, but affect everything we do — how we think and feel and relate to others.
I offer individual coaching and tailored workshops that spark new ways of seeing, thinking, acting and connecting. And I find great joy in dance improvisation and street theater.
You can join my free Embodiment Lab session I host weekly.
