What will you do with them?

​​Somewhere between January 1 and today, life happened.

​​Goals are golden. We make New Year's resolutions with the best intentions. But for those of us with especially harsh inner critics, the giant gulf between our January 1st goals and today's reality can leave us feeling deflated and frustrated.

​But it's not too late. We still have 100 days.

​What if the next 100 days were not a reminder of what we haven't done, but a fresh opportunity—a new beginning?

​​Could you start your screenplay?

​​Let's spend the next 100 days with intention. Let's be kind to ourselves by focusing on what matters.
