Have you been trying to build a good habit for a while, but just don't seem to make any breakthrough?

Have been finding it difficult to sustain a practice regularly and see any compounding benefits in your life or career?

You lack focused consistency?

Fret no more!! We will share with you the secret of building a good habit for the long term.

The habit could be anything you are trying to start (say exercise, learning something) or stop (eg. smoking, binge-watching).

In this no-BS, no-frills session, we will talk about:

  • How to choose the right time & place

  • How to get into the right mindset. This is the most critical step and involves clarity of thought on your part - primarily WHY is it that you want to build the habit!

  • How to set up a process that gradually builds up

  • How to track and reward yourself to stay motivated

  • How to find a community to stay accountable

Post the session, we will also have a Q&A discussion and a short practical mindfulness exercise to give you the necessary clarity to start off!
