We're back for Applied Vol 8, the final edition of our year-long project. If you’re new here, welcome.
Applied is a platform for provoking new ways to discuss and empower New York sciences. We’re discipline agnostic and application focused. Applied is a project by Justin Morris-Marano and Melody Stein of External Affairs, Max Lerner of Grow Externships and Danny Chan of Biotech Without Borders.
For Volume 8 we’ve partnered with our friends at Nucleate New York, Genspace, Columbia Global Health and Wellness Network, and The Innovation Space. A bit more on their work here:
Nucleate New York is a chapter of Nucleate, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of biotech leaders by educating today's academic trainees.
Genspace is a community biology lab in Sunset Park, Brooklyn — a place where people of all backgrounds can learn, create, and grow with the life sciences.
Columbia Alumni Association’s Global Health and Wellness Network (GHWN) is Columbia University’s premier community dedicated to health and wellness.
The Innovation Space fuels the growth of science-based startups and entrepreneurs through best-in-class labs and customized support.
