​The idea is that one person comes with a specific challenge or problem, and a bunch of us hop on a call to give feedback, advice and support.

​The amazing thing about them is that whilst the person in the hot seat is having their problem solved, everyone else in the session is also learning.

​Every session we've come away with tips, stories, frameworks and advice that we can apply to our own lives.

​It's also a fab way to meet more folks in the community.

​When one of us learns, we all benefit. What a cool system!!

​Abbey's challenge:

​I've had difficulty in finding/landing operations roles for my current level: team lead/senior associate. I know the strengths and values I bring to an operations team. I would love to stay in operations but my job hunting has stalled due to burnout and the job hunting/interview process (3 years of this...)

​I need help developing a new strategy and finding alternative roles to pursue that will help me develop my skills and pay me the compensation that I need. I'm also frustrated that I don't know what areas to upskill in right now because I'm uncertain what's going to be the greatest benefit to me and make me stand out in this market.

​I also could use some validation about the operations roles I've been trying to pursue based on my experience and make sure I'm not underselling myself.
