Slow decision-making, internal resistance, and unclear expectations often get in the way.

​In this two-hour, peer-to-peer session, participants will identify common roadblocks, exchange insights on what works, and develop concrete actions to improve collaboration. The focus is on practical challenges in technology scouting, partnership execution, and scaling startup engagement within large organizations.

​This session is designed for corporate leaders and CVCs looking to make startup collaboration more effective. The goal is not just to share experiences but to leave with actionable steps.
