In this gut-brain healing session rooted in Chapter 2: Guilt, Grief, and the Myth of Balance, we’ll explore how guilt around nourishment, joy, and rest manifests in our digestion and energy. You’ll learn how to use food as both fuel and emotional medicine — without the pressure to “perform wellness.”

You’ll learn:

  • How unprocessed guilt affects the gut, cravings, and fatigue

  • Why joy and nourishment are foundational to nervous system healing

  • Simple ways to reclaim eating as an act of self-respect, not self-control

  • Breath-led body scan + gentle movement

  • Embodied journaling to locate grief in the body
