About Event

This is a 4-week series targeting the back. To open the back, we will be focusing on opening the front of our bodies. We will meet once a week. Via Zoom and you will have 15 min of homework each night.

Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff lower back? If so, Gravity Yoga can help.

Gravity Yoga is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body.

No experience required; super stiff people always welcome:) I take a remarkably simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
