About Event

WAO loves food analogies!

So to help you 'untangle your work spaghetti' we are offering our new workshop series: Teatime with WAO. In these snackable, bite-sized workshops you will learn techniques that we use when working with different organisations.

In this series we are offering 3 workshops and if you are feeling a bit more hungry we recommend you join all three workshops. If you are just feeling snacky you are welcome to visit one or two. These workshops are also a great opportunity to meet and connect with people from other organisations. So join us for a nice tea time conversation and snack!

In the second workshop, Ensure You Don't Get Stuck Again we will explore ways to prevent future problems by:

Sharing our Pre-Mortem activity that helps you identify problems before they can appear
Show you how to map your stakeholders to ensure that everybody is involved as they should be
Allowing space for discussion and sharing of good practice
