About Event

As part of LA Climate Week, join us through Sunday, April 13 for an art installation “7 Years” by climate activist Sofia Ratcovich, founder of Zero Waste Co. This exhibit, hosted at The Woods WeHo, showcases the staggering amount of non-recyclable plastic junk accumulated in Sofia's household over seven years.

While some zero-waste influencers manage to fit an entire year’s worth of trash into a tiny mason jar, this installation reveals the reality most people face in a world overflowing with plastic that can’t be recycled through curbside programs. Sofia's work aims to spark conversation about our purchasing habits and the amount of waste we generate. The Woods WeHo, co-founded by environmental activist Woody Harrelson fosters a space that brings people together, uplifts the community, promotes sustainable practices and celebrates conscious consumption.

The event will be held at The Woods WeHo, located at 8271 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood 90046. Come see this thought-provoking installation and relax in this California oasis while sipping of some delicious non-alcoholic beverages.

On display through Sunday, April 13
