About Event

Co-hosted by the CIC Social Impact Program and JP Morgan, this intimate breakfast gives female founders in the Boston ecosystem a chance to meet, connect, and build community over breakfast and thought-leadership.

A panel discussion will include:

- Allison Byers: founder of Scroobious, the capital access platform driving innovation by removing barriers to partnership among diverse founders, investors, and service providers through scalable online education, community, and data-driven curation.
- Jessica Lynch: Angel Investor, co-builder of FoundersEdge, and mentor for wide-range of founders looking to strategize & problem solve, feel less alone with the ups and downs of start-up life, prepare for and navigate fundraising and M&A, and improve their user experiences.
- Rebecca Moore: executive Coach, CEO of InANutshell Consulting, Founder’s Test Kitchen & Conscious Leadership Cohort, and Angel Investor dedicated to empowering female founders and executives to build sustainable and prosperous businesses while prioritizing their wellbeing.
- Moderation by Adam W. Barney: executive energy coach, speaker, and author of Make Your Own Glass Half Full—a framework built to help founders, operators, and executives unlock energy, influence, and long-term success.

About CIC Social Impact Program:

This program supports underrepresented founders in early and growth-stages with businesses based in Massachusetts or the Greater Boston area scale their businesses via 3-6 month industry-agnostic accelerator programs.
