Satisfy & Bambas Sports Club join forces again to bring you a Long Slow Distance run (LSD) to Amsterdam.
We will start slightly earlier than usual, run to Amsterdam Bos and back, finishing around the fifteen kilometer mark.
We will run at a community pace which will sit between 05:45 min/km and 06:15 min/km. The group will (probably) naturally split, since we won’t hold anyone up front, and we will certainly not leave anyone behind.
After the run we will meet in --------- for some drinks, snacks, and a bunch of surprises.
