​Microsoft’s Power BI: Dashboard in a Day [Level 100-200]

​•         What’s in it for you? Training provides you with the knowledge and experience needed to use Power BI to analyze data and create effective, visually compelling reports. You will learn how to use Power BI to connect to data sources, transform them to meet your operational needs, and develop highly visual and highly interactive dashboards, all while using samples and examples that are relevant to modern military organizations to create a basic Commander’s Unit Readiness dashboard.

​•         Target Audience: ALL VSFB Personnel (both Mil and Civ) who use DAF365 and want to learn how to build PBI dashboards.

​•         What to plan for: You will work directly with MSFT Power BI Experts to learn the key concepts and best practices to enable real-world solutions.

​•         This is ‘Hands-On” Training, and you will need to bring your government laptop.

​•         Three (3) full days of training – (~8hrs each day, includes 1hr break for lunch)

​•         Location: in person, limited to 30 seats, location will be in calendar invite.

​o   26 MAR | 0800-1600 - Agenda Day 2:  Data Modeling, Dashboard Design

​o   27 MAR | 0800-1600 – Agenda Day 3: Analytics, Publishing, and Exporting
