​We will be joined by notable music experts in the music. Among the distinguished panelists are:

​Roland Nzanzu: Head of Licensing at CAPASSO. Roland is a passionate Pan-African music business enthusiast with a wealth of experience in fostering collaborations and creating opportunities for artists.

​Sharon Chahale Watta: Deputy Executive Director at KECOBO. An accomplished intellectual property lawyer with 14 years of industry experience, having served as a copyright prosecutor, CEO of a CMO, and IP trainer.

​Geoffrey Ekongot: Executive Director at UMA. With 18 years of experience in the music industry, Geoffrey is a music business advocate and creative professional, having served as a consultant for MTV Base and British Council Uganda.

​Naomi Mungure: Head of Licensing at COSOTA. Naomi is a key figure in the fight against piracy in Tanzania, with a strong background in intellectual property and corporate management.

​Robert Hooijer, an expert in copyright administration and music business management, is a retired CEO of SAMRO and former Interim Director General of CISAC. He now serves as a Senior Consultant for Sub-Saharan Africa at IFPI.
