1. 07:00 – 07:30: Arrivals, changing, and light intros
2. 07:30 – 08:45: Facilitator-led deep heat session, cold plunges, focused thoughts, controlled breathing, self-reflection
3. 08:45 – 09:00: Finishing up with meaningful connection
