MATCHA & MOVE: her morning ritual with Sunday Natural 🍵

​Finding real connection in Berlin isn’t always easy — especially as a woman navigating new spaces, routines, or seasons of life. That’s why we’re creating space for exactly that: honest connection through movement and shared intention.

​This intimate, women-only morning is all about grounding ourselves.

​📍 Arrival: 9:00 AM at Café Bravo (Auguststraße 69)
🌀 5K Run: 6:30 min/km pace
🥤 Post-run: a yummi protein shake and a casual talk about protein & matcha
🥣 Close: we’ll unwind together over granola bowls, banana bread & matcha of course

​This isn’t about pace or performance it’s about showing up, moving together, and creating meaningful moments in a city that can often feel fast and disconnected.

​Spots are limited to 16 women to keep the energy intentional.

​This event is completely free. We kindly ask you to show up if you sign up or cancel at least 24 hours in advance so someone else can take your spot.
