We stand at the forefront of an enormous transformation. Soon, we will witness hundreds of millions of digital nomads roaming the world—a movement that could become the biggest migration in human history. It's time to prepare ourselves, to come together as a union, ensuring our needs as nomads are recognized and united. Together, we bring light to humanity at the end of the tunnel.
CoCoHub is a decentralized community of digital nomads and co-living enthusiasts. We opened one of the first co-living spaces in Europe back in 2016 here in Malta and have been nurturing the digital nomad community ever since.
We played a pivotal role in Malta introducing the Digital Nomad Visa, allowing remote workers earning a minimum of €42,000 per year to reside in Malta while working for employers or clients abroad. With this visa, you can enjoy access to the entire Schengen area, pay 0% income tax in the first year, and only 10% thereafter. We can assist you with your digital nomad visa application through professional lawyers.
Now, we're venturing into the next logical step: becoming the first digital country on the internet for digital nomads, known as the Nomad Network State. But even if this doesn't resonate with you, our primary objective is to enjoy a wonderful time living together as a digital nomad community in a co-living setup.
We understand that not everyone is financially free or set for life. Many of us still have traditional remote working jobs where we work during the day to get our bread, veggies, or steak on the table—and that's totally fine! You're absolutely free to work on your own projects while enjoying the co-living experience.
We have an alumni network where you can stay in touch with the amazing people you meet, both online and offline at the campus.
We invite all pioneers and enthusiasts to join us on this journey—to work together in a collective, collaborative, and easygoing manner. The outcome is not defined; we're embracing the flow and seeing where destiny leads us.
