

Early Years Music Workshop with Amber Trust - Birmingham
From 10.30-12.30 on the 1st August, the Royal Society for Blind Children is hosting a music workshop for children aged 0-5 with a vision impairment at Sense Touchbase Pears in Birmingham.
This session is held in collaboration with The Amber Trust – a charity who provide musical opportunities for blind and partially sighted children, and children with more complex needs. The Amber Trust is the only national charity dedicated to supporting blind and partially sighted children with their musical development and education. At this workshop, children will get the chance to play percussion instruments, sing songs, and join in with some musical games! Parents will also have the opportunity to ask representatives of both The Amber Trust and the RSBC about the work which they do for young people with a vision impairment.
The session will be led by Amber Music Practitioner.

The hybrid event will be held at Sense TouchBase Pears Bristol Road Selly Oak B29 6NA.
Will there be refreshments?
Yes, light refreshments (drinks and snacks) will be provided both for parents and children. Siblings are welcome - please let us know their ages in advance.
Parents are encouraged to sit in on the session.
