About Event

Venue.live’s excited to host Lindsey Caplan (employee experience consultant and Founder of The Gathering Effect) alongside SM Rau (Senior Director of Inclusion and Experience at LaunchDarkly) to share key changes Lindsey helped them implement to improve their all-company meetings.

Increasing engagement at company meetings is a challenge we hear often, and for good reason. Not only are All Hands and Town Halls the most expensive meeting your company has (calculate the cost of yours here), but these events are our culture on display, especially in a remote workplace. The truth is these events do more than share information. They affect morale, motivation, and engagement.

Join us virtually on Thursday November 10th, 1-2pm EST to learn practical tools and approaches which will significantly improve your company wide events.

We want to hear from you! What is your gathering challenge? (attendance, engagement, buy-in, hybrid, pre-communication, something else?) Submit your questions during registration for us to answer during our event.
