Swathi Young is a globally recognized AI strategist, international keynote speaker, and award-winning Chief Technology Officer at Allwyn Corporation, where she spearheads cutting-edge technology and AI/ML solutions across federal agencies and Fortune 100 companies. With a portfolio of over 100 digital transformations spanning the U.S., India, and Europe—including GE, Oracle, and Amtrak—Swathi brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and visionary leadership to the forefront of AI innovation. She currently serves as CTO Advisor to SustainChain, a United Nations–backed sustainability startup, where she is pioneering the use of generative AI and reinforcement learning to accelerate progress on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Swathi’s AI work is as diverse as it is impactful: from launching COVID-19 chatbots and predictive maintenance tools for transportation, to driving AI-powered research in lung cancer. Most recently, she co-authored an Ethical AI Framework to help U.S. federal agencies assess and implement responsible AI. A firm believer in aligning AI with human values, Swathi champions the convergence of artificial intelligence and the humanities to build a more equitable digital future. Her thought leadership has been featured in Forbes, TEDx, SXSW, and international conferences. Beyond the stage and boardroom, Swathi is a proud brand ambassador for Women in AI, advocating globally for diversity and ethical inclusion in AI.
