Mitch specializes in creating environments where innovation and inclusivity flourish.
As a queer leader in tech, Mitch is passionate about cultivating connection within teams, turning challenges into opportunities for growth, and fostering cultures of accountability and openness. His approach is rooted in the belief that the best solutions come from understanding the whole person, integrating diverse perspectives.
As a bonus, he is often helpful in unlocking the unique strengths of neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals.
