About Event

Design behavior change initiatives with AI

Are you trying to get people to work in a new way? Maybe you’ve just launched a new system, introduced new principles, or updated a process. And you need help to set the plan and make it happen.

A chance to try an AI tool for behavior change

Join this 90-min interactive session to work on your own change initiative using Tilda — an AI platform and agent that helps you drive learning and change initiatives — using a Behavior Change Score™ to guide you.

Get peer feedback, insights, and a hands-on experience with science-based design.

Special guest: Maria Älgekrans, Capio

Maria leads learning & development at Capio, the healthcare provider, and will share how she uses Tilda to plan an initiative focused on changing ways of working.

(Spoiler alert: Her case is delightfully meta — it’s about changing how they work with learning itself, making it a more integrated part of everyday work.)

Who should join

HR, L&D, transformation, and change professionals. Anyone working to shift behaviors and implement new ways of working. Both current Tilda users and those curious to try.

P.S. 🇸🇪 This Hack-along will be in Swedish. (English next time!)
