40-minute Mindfulness lessons Sunday January 2, 9 & 30 at 7pm and Thursday mornings January 6, 13 & 27 at 10am

Mindfulness lessons include: relish the sublime morning & prepare for the sacredness of nighttime, finding the peace of the wild things, and living the in-between and finding one pleasant thing. With discussion at the end of each lesson. All based in Donald Altman’s the Mindful Life.
