Hi girlies!

Were back for another Saturday Sunrise Run! I wanted to switch it up this week and take you girls to the northern beltway trail. We will meet on the side of Escobedo MS. Keep in mind this an open trail and there is no shade so once the sun starts shining it will get toasty.

Please dress for the weather and come prepared with water/hat/sunblock/shades. I will have ice cold water per usual for all you girls if you need it as well as power bars. This trail will be a total of 3 miles.

I also wanted to take the time to say thank you to all you girls who have supported the club and our group of women. I only started this journey about 2 months ago and I'm so grateful to have found women in my area who not only want to support each other but live out healthy lifestyles. You girls inspire me to keep going and be better each day!
