

Her Best Self in Health and Wellbeing (Event 1/3)
BOLD is a movement to elevate different voices in the entrepreneurial world. As part of this movement, we’re running an event series called ‘Her Best Self’ to unite those with a shared goal of empowering all women. Let's face it; we need this now more than ever.
Who's it for? Women (or anyone who cares about women) who are ready for a BOLD move in their lives 🦸♀️ The ones who have big dreams but feel stuck - who want to be around other brave and powerful women who'll inspire them to show up for themselves and where to start.
We'll do this through the following themes:
🏋♀️ Movement, where to start on building healthy habits
🩸 Working with our cycle in our lives and our training
🥦 The importance of diet and nutrition on our wellbeing
🤯 Stress: how it shows up and how to manage it effectively
💤 Sleep and the importance of protecting our nervous system
🩷 How we can make BOLD moves this year.
Speakers are:
Alex Hipwell (Nike Performance Coach, CEO and Founder of Lifting Women, Athlete) talks 'Optimise Performance in all Aspects of Your Life'.
Joslyn Thompson Rule (Peloton Instructor; Author; ‘Listen Loudly’ Podcast Host; Mentor; Athlete) talks 'Building the habit of being yourself, through movement'.
Fireside discussion: Dr. Dominique O'Sullivan (NHS GP & a certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician) and Dr. Kirsten Cloete (Integrative Wellness Practitioner) to discuss 'Combatting Stress and Burnout through Lifestyle Medicine'.

We'll also host Her Best Self in Entrepreneurship on 6th March and Her Best Self in Community on 10th April (both evening events in London), so pop the dates in your diary and keep your eyes peeled for more info!
Registration for this event starts at 6pm and our talks kick-off at 6.30pm sharp. We'll provide drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and nibbles.
