1. General Regulations
All athletes must strictly follow the tournament rules and guidance from the OC throughout the competition.
The tournament is meant to promote friendly exchange, not focused on winning or losing.

Players bring their own paddles. Only paddles approved by the International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) and USA Pickleball Association (USAPA) will be accepted. Source: Pickleheads
Players may bring other personal gear (towels, water bottles, gloves, headbands, etc.) to support health and performance.
Balls and water will be provided by the OC during the tournament.
5. Code of Conduct & OC Authority
Respect for referees and OC is paramount. Referee decisions on match outcomes or incidents are final.
Strictly prohibited: any form of physical or verbal abuse, threats, or aggressive behavior — whether from players or OC members. Violators may face disqualification.
Players must always listen to and comply with instructions from referees and the OC during the tournament.
6. Match Rules
The tournament follows USAPA rules including zones, serve orders, and scoring. All international standards apply. Referees have the authority to explain and enforce these rules.
Before serving (especially the first serve), players must wait for the referee’s call. If not, the serve will not be counted and must be replayed.
On serve, both feet must be behind the baseline.
Serves must land in the correct service box to be valid.
Any disputes over scores will be resolved by re-playing the point.
7. Other Rules
Players must be ready at the court as scheduled. Late arrivals over 5 minutes without prior notice will result in forfeiture.
The OC may change match schedules depending on real-time conditions and will inform players accordingly.
Any misconduct or damage to venue property must be compensated by the offender and will be handled by the OC.
