​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Each website evaluation follows the Practical UX process developed by Maigen Thomas, founder of Level 11 Technology, an Apprenticeship Agency. We manually review websites looking at over 100 criteria aligning with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and established Usability Heuristics.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This process takes about 4 hours, and we will take breaks every 50 minutes.
