This session is for the women trying to build something meaningful—while juggling exhaustion, overwhelm, and the pressure to always keep going.
In just one hour, you’ll learn:

Meet our host: Nina Nesdoly!

She is a Neuroscientist and Stress Expert. As a professional speaker and researcher with a background in Organizational Behaviour (MSc Management) and Neuroscience (BSc), she helps tech, engineering, healthcare, and other organizations build resilience and prevent burnout. She provides neuroscience-based strategies for personal well-being, job design, and cultural improvements, leading to sustainable changes in the workplace.

She's collaborated with organizations across North America, and her insights have been featured in media outlets including Buzzfeed, MarketWatch, and the Financial Times. Her TEDx Talk, “How to relieve stress when you’re overwhelmed,” was selected as an Editor’s Pick by TED.

Currently, Nina is pursuing a PhD focused on work-related stress, and she continues to conduct and share cutting-edge research on burnout management.
