Refund requests will be accepted if submitted at least 7 days before the event. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Requests made after this deadline are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by IHKC. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new event date.
