​About the Workshop

​If you’re battling heroically to avoid yet another project or service management tragedy, or continually fighting process delivery challenges or beyond frustrated with a spluttering productivity engine, this is the AI CoLab workshop for you.  The root cause of these challenges is all too often very well understood.  The issue instead is “how” to apply that fix.  This workshop is an opportunity to explore how an AI platform can contribute.    

​This workshop will introduce a sovereign, secure, small language model, SCOTi Flow  from SmartR AI.  We’ll review the challenges public services agencies face managing complex services and projects, delivering high-stakes processes and assuring compliance.  We’ll explore how SCOTi’s Assistive Intelligence offers knowledge workers a superpower to compound agency knowledge, lower decision latency and increase situation awareness & control.  

​The goal is to identify opportunities for specific innovation, developments and collaboration that could help address the pain points and improve efficiency for government agencies.  We’ll explore and seek to understand the real challenges agencies face in their project management, policy, planning and strategy processes, real-time tracking, and regulation compliance.  We’ll also consider how important are improvements to these workstreams and what are the challenges to adopting AI-powered tools to fix them?  

​The workshop provides an opportunity to explore co-design and development with the SCOTi product roadmap to help shape specific priorities and requirements for Australian Govt Agencies.

​Steve Hansen is a highly experienced global program delivery leader and the Sydney based Director of SmartR AI.  With over 30years of international ICT program delivery across AU, NZ, UK, EU & US for Google, Airbus, Unilever, Caterpillar, NTT, Vodafone and others, Steve has the applied program delivery know how and hands-on experience necessary to confidently lead the SCOTi Flow delivery.
