Barclay joined Central 1 in 2025 as Chief Payments Officer. With an intense focus on the customer experience, Barclay brings a deep track record of digital, payments, product, and partnerships transformation. Prior to joining Central 1, Barclay was the Chief Payments Officer at Metrolinx, responsible for the PRESTO fare payments platform which supports millions of transit riders everyday. Barclay has spent over 20 years in the Canadian and International payments and financial services sectors. He held various executive positions at TD Bank and spent 13 years with American Express, leading progressively larger payments businesses end-to-end and some of the largest external partnerships globally.
Rasha Katabi, CEO & Founder, Brim Financial
Rasha has 20+ years in capital markets, starting at TD Bank before joining Merrill Lynch (BAML) in 2002 as Managing Director and Group Head of Cross Asset Strategic Solutions. She led Debt and Equity Structured Solutions and built Merrill Lynch’s top asset securitization and non-bank mortgage funding business in Canada. She served as President and Chair of MBSIA, a Board Director at Russell Investments Canada, and an Audit Committee member.
Keith Taylor, Executive Director, DUCA Impact Lab
Keith Taylor is the founding Executive Director of The DUCA Impact Lab, a social finance innovation hub founded by DUCA Credit Union. The Impact Lab works as a lever for leveraging emerging technology and community-based insight to build banking models that benefit all members of the community. During his career at DUCA, he has led the development of Canada’s first social purpose mortgage product, the emergence of DUCA as Toronto’s first living wage employer and the certification of DUCA as the first B-Corp Credit Union in the world.
