Bio: I didn’t just stumble into burnout coaching… I crash landed into it after powering through one too many workplace crises, convinced that sheer willpower could carry me through… Well… Spoiler Alert: it didn’t.
I started in HR because I believed empathy should be the backbone of every workplace. I became a Neurodiversity and Burnout Coach because I wanted to be the person I wish I had when I was going through the shittiest time of my life. I needed someone who actually understood burnout beyond the usual ‘why don’t you try a mindfulness app’ advice but for me, that ‘someone’ didn’t exist, so I became that person for others.
Now, I help high performing HR professionals, managers, and neurodivergent employees navigate burnout recovery, workplace reinvention, and boundary setting, without the guilt, exhaustion, or the endless cycle of overworking and regretting it. My coaching is based on empathy and care but with no-fluff, no-guilt, and no ‘just try being more productive’ nonsense, because I believe real support isn’t about fixing people, it’s about fixing the systems that are breaking them.
